KONZEPTE only works as a team

We at KONZEPTE know and understand this – not least because we ourselves depend on teamwork to deliver our performance. Wherever possible, we involve our customers in our teamwork. We see ourselves as partners to our customers. We recognize their potential and encourage them to move forward on their own.

Our individual strategies and effective measures form the perfect drive for this. The great experience and competence in the fields of consulting, coaching and training, the sense of responsibility towards our customers, but above all the joy of working with people connects all trainers and consultants of KONZEPTE GmbH and makes us a unique team.

CEO

Michael Kruse

I want to empower organisations to become a creative space for flexible, responsible and fruitful collaboration between all. My work should help people to use their resources and to develop their potential in order to advance themselves and their company together.

As a motivated runner and former marathon athlete, I love to push the boundaries: What is possible for me and others without overtaxing them and myself or failing at invisible limits? I am attracted by new perspectives and experiences – not only in sport.

Team Assistant

Ines Hilliger

Personal contact with customers and colleagues often brings with it challenges that motivate and inspire me. Finding solutions together, developing myself personally and experiencing everything with a lot of humour – that is my motivation.

As a Berliner, I am naturally fascinated by the city with its rough charm, its contrasting programme and its history… East and West, rich and poor, villa and plate, parks and lakes, currywurst and doner kebab, cellar pub or backyard….. Berlin – everything is in there.

When working with people and organisations, I am particularly fascinated by individual potentials: If they are developed attentively and mutually, identity, energy and success not only add up or multiply, but multiply in an incredible way. What it takes is exploration, courage and perseverance, but also a plan. This mix of emotional and practical support is my professional home.

Songs and musical sounds are a language that people all over the world understand. I love singing for my life and feel a close connection between music and singing for many years. I enjoy being part of a choral sound with my voice and I am thrilled when this sound touches people.

My passion is to bring about and accompany changes. My impulses should make people more successful in their work. For me, this includes making their behavioural options visible and supporting them in their decision-making. In my experience, the integration of different perspectives always leads to new and surprising solutions.

I am at home in the world – first of all in my family and among my friends. I love my mountainous homeland as much as the beauty of the Baltic Sea and the charm of distant cultures. When I’m not working, I like playing tennis and golf or singing in my hometown choir.

Christoph Nesgen

I am fascinated by the diversity of people and their biographies that they bring to organisations. Since I have been working for many years in Asian, Arab and African countries, I appreciate the wealth and opportunities that the idea of “diversity” offers people and companies. Learning from others, even if it may seem strange at first glance, is a recipe for successfully shaping the future.

I am personally enthusiastic about silence: not having to say anything, not having to hear anything consciously. Just be present in nature and enjoy the luxury of letting my time pass second for second. Whether on a bicycle, with running shoes under my soles or with the people I care about – besides light, time is the only good that becomes more when you consciously share it with others.

Dr. Sabine Küsters

I firmly believe a culture of trust and appreciation can make organizations competitive and sustainable in the long term. With my work I support people – from managers to students – to successfully shape their workplace with social finesse and positive communication.

When people courageously embark on a voyage of discovery to their potential – even if that voyage might be challenging  – that inspires me. I am thrilled to travel and get to know people from all walks of life. Learning generally inspires me, which is why I always bury my nose in books.

Andrew Porteous

I am motivated to inspire and empower people to clarify their vision, create new opportunities and think outside the box. My work should create space and energy for the development of the organization through individual development. If we can achieve this with love, fun and results, then my work is deeply fulfilling ..

Personally, I am passionate about meeting new people, creating new opportunities and continuously expanding joint business projects. Learning to expand my own comfort zone while staying balanced and in tune with the people around me is a pleasant challenge that keeps me aware and connected. This awareness is personally attractive and being in the flow is very motivating.

Organisations live from and with the people who work for them and want to do their best to achieve common goals. It is wonderful to accompany people to take on unusual perspectives, to expand the repertoire of their actions, to discover new ways and thus to participate courageously and powerfully in shaping their working environment and their company.

I am a North German soul and I am happy when I can sniff the salty sea air, feel the North Sea wind and be outside in nature. I love to go on a discovery tour with my family – also to the south, where the water is not quite as cold but the food is delicious and where the glass of wine tastes of summer and sun in the evening.

Peter Schreuder

My positive attitude and performance orientation enables the development of creative, pragmatic and efficient solutions quickly and easily. Personnel and organizational development are jointly considered so that sustainable changes can take place. My work is characterised by a trusting and respectful approach, coupled with competence, openness and humour.

My motto is: “Only those who love what they do achieve the highest performance.”

Tanja Olschewski

“…with people for success” –
With this motto as an attitude, I support people, teams and companies to develop and unfold their full potential. In my opinion, healthy and lively companies and their people are the basis for sustainable and future-oriented business.

I love nature, it is my inspiration and at the same time my haven of peace, whether running, hiking in the mountains or in my own garden, it is the colours, smells and sounds of nature in the different seasons that make me feel life even more intensely. My enthusiasm for travelling fits in perfectly here in order to come into contact with all natural elements and many cultures.

The adventure of being human. We all produce effects, but not everyone achieves them. To be successful together with your company, you need motivation, focus, efficiency and goal orientation. I enjoy the diversity of personalities and I am enthusiastic about being able to support them in all conceivable facets in developing their impact.

I believe that happiness and misfortune in life are fairly distributed in most cases. The good thing about it: Through my decisions and actions, the opportunities I seize and the risks I take, I can positively influence this balance. That is why I am an active and optimistic person and do a lot to maintain the lightness of being even in difficult times.

Organizations learn and grow – for this I want to set impulses, expand thinking spaces and initiate joy in work. I find it exciting and challenging to develop cultures and structures and to secure the long-term motivation of all participants through targeted change management.

I find strength and peace in the family and inspiration through travel, architecture and design. Sportingly I like it balancing when doing Pilates and moving when playing tennis and skiing.

Human cooperation should make sense, satisfy and give the organization the efficiency it needs for its success. Common values are important to me, under whose umbrella people can contribute and realize themselves self-determined and with strong results.

I strive to bring learning and enjoyment into harmony. I do this with friends and in the “blue and white” stadium as well as on cultural, culinary and tourist trails. Openness and curiosity are important to me in order to be able to gain new experiences again and again in exciting experiences.

The individuality of people means responsibility, challenge and wealth at the same time. To accompany them with their values and goals, their needs and behaviours and to experience again and again that comprehensive personal and organisational development is possible on the basis of appreciation and trust – that is what I strive for and that makes sense in my work.

My heart beats for nature. I like being outside, especially in the more colourful and exciting seasons for me – spring and autumn. Reading, art and culture fill me mentally and emotionally as well as cooking and enjoying with friends and the valuable time with people who are important to me.

Professional expertise and enjoyment of work need not be a contradiction in terms. I accompany people on their way to more professionalism in dealing with themselves and others in an appreciative way. Leadership power means sovereignty and natural authority beyond hierarchical legitimacy. In this way, more performance, fun and more pride of the individual noticeably contribute to the success of the company.

People would not be at the centre of my work if my curiosity and passion did not also apply to them privately. I am a passionate networker and love the exchange with all people who belong to my life and meet me there. Family and sport take up an important part of my free time. I broaden my horizons while reading and through my enjoyment of constant learning.

Richard Kraken-Fricke

People and organisations carry the development potential and most resources for solving their challenges. With amazement and respect I see their ability and willingness to learn and to change. I support you with heart and soul and knowledge to discover and implement coherent solutions.

I love hiking and sailing. Again and again, nature surprises me with its unpredictability and uncontrollability; it makes me aware of my limits, demands my attentiveness and flexibly adapted behaviour.

Christina Lust-Hanko

What fascinates me about my work is how people develop their potential, assume personal responsibility and shape conditions. To be able to support them is a very nice and deeply satisfying job for me. I see organizations as living, adaptive systems. I experience their ability to learn and their willingness to change as an exciting part of my work.

Travel, travel and travel again. My life for three years in another culture has opened my eyes to the richness of diversity. My unquenchable curiosity for the unknown and new is an important motor for me and shapes me in all areas of my life. And I love my family, which is my source of strength and retreat. It protects and accompanies me and I accompany and protect it.

Fortunately, people are so wonderfully different that every collaboration is a new journey into the unknown. I love to set sail and set out together.

In my spare time I passionately dance Lindy Hop to the big band sound of the 1920s – 1940s.

I love the interaction with people. It is always exciting to meet new people in my trainings, to adjust to them and to support them in such a way that they and their company have a sense of achievement together. I wouldn’t want to do anything else.

The world is a miracle bag. The foreign may not seem beautiful to us everywhere, but it is almost always fascinating. That’s why I want to discover new countries and cultures, enjoy the sea, the sun and activities. I like to spend my free time at home with our dog, whose faithful soul and unconditional connection delights me every time.

Dr. Michael Fliegner

I am committed to helping people cope better with everything that makes up their jobs: with technical requirements, with colleagues, bosses and employees and also with the small and big crises that professional life brings with it. Everything that is good for employees also brings a lot to their companies. I feel it is a big deal to experience the success of my participants and customers.

I like being in the nature and let my strength play to reach highlights on foot or on the bike in beautiful landscapes and to look down after the effort simply relaxed. The balance between challenge and relaxation keeps me fit – whether in my free time or at work.

You can’t do what I do without getting excited about the unique personality of the people you go out every morning. It is my motivation to push the development of people and organisations together and to accompany them to success.

As Voltaire said,”You should take care of your garden!” I share that and love to spend hours of leisure in the garden. It’s like the people you meet. One cannot enjoy the glow of the fruits and flowers without digging courageously, sowing with tension and paying attention to the border. If I were Voltaire, I’d say,”Maintain your friendships like your garden and vice versa.”

Michael Göritz

It gives me great pleasure to encourage people to strengthen their confidence in themselves and to ensure that they can grow with their tasks. I don’t just want to know where they stand and where they want or need to go. It is just as important to see how quickly, how far and how lastingly they can change. Individuals and organisations all have an individual rhythm. And that is what needs to be synchronised.

My family is the most important factor in my life. It mobilizes my best qualities and stabilizes my soul when my life becomes restless. Honesty and respect for one another are high values that I wish not only for the family, but for all people. That’s what I try to live in my free time.

Dr. Christoph Przybilka

It appeals to me and fascinates me to be able to give orientation on how people can position themselves in certain situations or in organisations. I give impetus and help for personal development and love to bring clarity into seemingly confusing situations, to explain and structure complicated things.

Reading is the cheapest way to travel. It leads not only to other places, but also to other times, to other moods, thoughts and thus to other worlds. For this very reason, modern classics of literature are my preferred means of transport. I also like the fresh air and do sports regularly.

We have everything on board we need for a successful life. Existing abilities are often buried or access is missing. When doors are opened, these resources show up. New perspectives overcome beliefs and habits in order to create space for new paths and strategies. Helping to shape change in a system and supporting people in finding solutions satisfies me.

I work with people because I like them and because they fascinate me. That’s why I’m always fascinated by the contact with other cultures, with their people and their way of living. Traveling and discovering new things, having intensive contact with nature and a good book in my hands are the exciting adventures with which I fill my life.

Dr. Lothar Gutjahr

We humans share the same reality and live in our own realities. These worlds in my mind fascinate me. How can we combine this diversity of individuals, perspectives, questions and cultures in organisations into something? I work for and with people so that they can grow personally and move their company forward together.

We live in fleeting times, in constant change. It is good to experience yourself in depth and others in reliability. For this reason I feel myself and others in personal encounters and in real contact with people based on trust and understanding for each other.
